Can you tell us a bit more about uploading your own invoices into QuickBooks Online? Are they invoice created in other systems? How many are you looking to import?

My own invoices and they are paper invoices which I just need to scan and upload into quickbooks. There's only a few at the moment

The invoice capturing function is not available in QuickBooks Online. Please manually enter them by clicking on the "+ New" icon then click on invoice.
