Question

Can someone tell me how I change the format of the Statement template as it is printing too high and cuts off the business name?

Hi suesoufis,

The Statements are based on the Standard (Master) template which can be edited using the below steps:

1. From within your QuickBooks Online file select the Settings icon

2. Select Custom Form Styles

3. Locate the Standard (Master) template and select Edit

4. From here you will see the options to edit the Design and Content of the template.

As this is an in-built template within QuickBooks Online the Header should default to the correct margins. You can confirm this by selecting Preview PDF.

If the template does not preview correctly, or if you have any questions regarding the Custom Form Styles, you are welcome to contact one of our experts.

If all of these settings appear to be correct then I'd recommend checking your Page Setup in your Printer Settings.

You can get in contact with one of our support representatives. If you would like a call-back from a representative or talk to us via Messaging, follow the steps below:

  1. Click on the Help (?) icon.
  2. Select Assistant and enter Contact support in the chat field, and then click the Send icon.
  3. You'll be asked about your concern, and you'll need to enter and send it.
  4. If you can't see any related topics to your issue on what they shared, select No, get me a human.
  5. Then, click Contact Us.
  6. Choose either Callback or Chat.
