Hi phornick,

 

We are aware that some customers are experiencing an issue loading the Sales and Expenses tabs of their QuickBooks Online file. We appreciate this is an inconvenience, please be assured we are looking into this urgently and will apply a fix as soon as possible. In the meantime you can still access your transactions in other ways:

 

1. Use the search bar at the top of the page to locate specific invoices.
OR
2. Running sales, expenses or transactions reports (Invoice List, Open Invoices, Transaction List by Supplier and so on). 

 

If the above issue is what you are referring to, you can use those workarounds to review your invoices as needed. If you are experiencing something else, please feel free to reply with more information as we're here to help!

The issue has now been resolved and we can confirm the sales and expenses transactions are loading correctly. Thank you for your patience while we worked to fix this.
