Thanks for posting to the Community, @drazenjozic.

You can click the STATUS column in the Invoices tab to show the overdue and outstanding invoices.

Here's how:

  1. Go to Sales on the left pane.
  2. Then, select  Invoices.
  3. Click the STATUS arrow to sort the overdue from outstanding invoices.

Or you can pull up the A/R Aging Detail Report to check the overdue invoices. Let me show you how:

  1. Select Search icon on the upper right.
  2. Enter "A/R aging detail report".
  3. Choose A/R Aging Detail.

If you want to view the status of the invoices, you can click these status bars:

  • Overdue
  • Not due yet
  • Not deposited
  • Deposited

You may want to invoice customers for partial payments using estimates, you can refer to this article: Set up and send progress invoices in QuickBooks Online.
