Client take a phone and post via QB app, the expense directly auto posted to the QB and shows paid from the business bank account

Hi Jaz, 

This could be caused by a bank rule that's being set up for these type of transactions. Kindly check if there are any bank rules in the Banking Screen which might have been applied to these transactions and set-up to automatically add to the books.
