I'll help you open the tabs again, transacagencies.

 

Sometimes, tabs or buttons will not respond due to some browser-related issues. In most cases, it has something to do with the internal cache. 

 

We can try these steps to resolve them:

 

  1. Open an incognito or private browser.
  2. Log in to your QBO account. Then, try to click the Customer and Supplier tab.
  3. If it works, clear the cache on your regular browser. 

Also, try using a different browser and test the tabs. If the same thing happens, please contact our Phone Support Team. We will further check why they aren't working.

 

Here's how you can reach out to us:

 

  1. Click the Help icon located in the upper right-hand corner.
  2. From the Search tab, enter Contact Us.
  3. Select the Contact Us button.
  4. Choose Callback.
