Does anybody know how I can get around changing my administration details when I do not need too?

The only way you can get rid of the pop-up to change your administration details is by manually closing them or selecting the No, thanks option. 

If you mean something different, I'd also appreciate it if you can tell me which area in your QuickBooks you did see this task reminder so I can be more specific with my research.
