Getting error invoice email undeliveralble, unable to invoice

There are two possible reasons why you get this error, terry-tucker.

  • E-mail address entered is incorrect.
  • There was a temporary issue with the recipients email server

Let's make sure to verify the email address that you have for the customer is correct. You can edit it by following these steps:

  1. On the left panel, click Sales and choose Customers.
  2. Click the customer's name, and hit the Edit button.
  3. In the Customer Information window, edit the email address and click Save.

Then, send the invoice again. You can also use your email address to test if it's only happening to the customer's email.

I have the same problem. I have checked the emails are correct. One of the customers is a world wide insurance company, so I'm thinking they wouldn't be the issue. This is for my customers going out.
