Hello, is there a way to see statistics for the number of quotes where an invoice has been created?

Depending on your subscription level, you might have a report named: Quotes & Progress Invoicing Summary by Customer Report

Please see if you can find this report in your Reports tab and it should give you an overview for the number of quotes where an invoice has been created.
