You can use the Export report option in QuickBooks Online. Then, attach and send the report using your own email. Here's how to export reports in QuickBooks Online:

1. Go to Business overview and select Reports.
2. Search for and select the report you want to export.
3. At the top of the report, select the Export icon. Then select Export to Excel.
4. Save the file somewhere you can easily find, like your Downloads folder or your desktop.

Once done, attach the report and send them from your business or personal email.
