Please see below to cancel your QuickBooks Online subscription; note you will need to be signed in as the master admin user to do so:
Select Settings ⚙ and then Account and Settings.
Select the Billing and subscription tab.
In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel subscription or Cancel online.
Select Continue to cancel, then select Continue to cancel again (if applicable).
Follow the next steps to submit and cancel your subscription.
