How can I cc an invoice to one of the many customers and not change the settigns for other customer?

At this point in time the Recurring Transaction template you create can only be assigned to one Customer at a time. This makes it tricky as with the CC & Bcc options available in the template you can send the invoice to up to three individuals, however the details would be specific to the one customer. In this scenario you would still need to create multiple Recurring Invoice Templates for each customer. I agree this would be an interesting feature to see and encourage you to provide this feedback to us with the steps below:

1. Select the Gear icon at the top, then Feedback.
2. Enter your comments or product suggestions then select Next.
3. You'll be provided a list of suggested Help articles related to your comment. You can read through them or select Skip and send message.
4. From the drop-down, choose the appropriate category, then select Send message.
