How do I change a quote to an invoice

You'll need to delete the invoice created and create a quote for it to ensure that the transaction is recorded correctly in QuickBooks Online. 

Here's how to delete an invoice: 

1. Open the invoice.
2. On More button, select Delete.

To create a quote: 

1. Select + New button.
2. Select Quote.
3. Enter details needed.
4. Select Save.
