How do I change my credit card details in QuickBooks, if I am following all instructions, but it keeps telling me "Something went wrong. Try again soon"?

Here's how to change your credit card details:

1. Select the Gear Icon on the top-right corner of QuickBooks.
2. Select Account and Settings.
3. Select Billing and Subscription, then select the pencil icon next to Payment Method.
4. Enter your credit card details and fill in the Billing Address, then select Save.

If you're still experiencing that error, ensure that you have entered a Company Email, Company Phone number and Company Address in the Company section of Account and Settings. Then, try it again.
