How do I change the body of the email that is sent out to announce an invoice

Changes made will only affect the invoices sent in the future, @fullthrottle1. Let me guide you through the process. 

Once the invoice form is sent, changing its details isn't possible. However, we can delete the EFT details of the email message in your invoice in the Content tab of your custom form styles in QuickBooks Online (QBO). By doing this, changes that have been made will affect the moving forward transactions.

Here's how:

1. Open your QBO account.
2. Go to the Gear icon, then select Custom form styles under YOUR COMPANY.
3. In the Custom form styles page, select an invoice template, then Edit.
4. In the Content tab, choose the Footer tab.
5. Under Your payment details option, delete the EFT details in your invoices.
6. Click Done after customisation.
