How do I get to a receipt from November 2020

Are you referring to the receipt for your QuickBooks Online subscription? 

If yes, Primary Admin user can view their receipts by following these steps. 

1. Sign in as a primary admin.
2. Go to Gear icon and select Account and settings.
3. Select the Billing & Subscription tab.
4. In the QuickBooks Online tile, select View payment history.
