I am trying to customise my invoice, I usually open an invoice and at the bottom select edit current in which I can add my logo and details etc. screen is blank

Most websites place computer cache and cookies onto your computer so that the website can identify the machine the next time you visit. They also store information relevant to that particular website or web application. As the number of cache builds up on your computer, they can contribute to slow program performance and malfunctions in some features of QuickBooks. This could be the reason why you're seeing a blank screen upon trying to customize your invoice.

We can perform some browser troubleshooting steps to fix this issue. First, let's access your QuickBooks account in a private/incognito browsing window. Doing this process will help identify if it's a browser-related issue since this mode doesn't save site data. You can use the keyboard shortcuts that I've listed below.
 

• Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
• Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ + Shift + N
• Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
• Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P

Then, let's customize your invoice template again. If it's working well, we'll have to go back to your normal browser then clear the cache to delete the stored junk files and enhance your browsing experience. In addition, we can use other supported browsers to isolate the issue. Currently, these are our supported web browsers:

Aside from the Invoice page, we can also customize your invoice through the Custom Form Styles option. I'll guide you how:

1. Click the Gear icon.
2. Select Custom Form Styles.
3. Choose the appropriate template.
4. Click the Edit link from the ACTION column.
5. Make the necessary changes then select Done to complete the process.
