Question

I’m having my Quotation sent the a4 is normal but all the information is set out in the email before this looks really unprofessional

It’s possible the quote template is damaged. This maybe the reason it looks unprofessional when you sent it to your customers.


To help fix this, let’s go to the Custom Form Styles menu to check the information are properly set up. Let me guide you how.


1.    Go to the Settings (Gear) icon at the upper right.
2.    Select Custom Form Styles.
3.    Choose the quote template.
4.    Go to the Content tab.
5.    Make sure the information are correct.


If the details aren’t correct, you can delete and recreate the quote template. This ensures the look is professional when you email it to your customers.
