I'm trying to enter a new customer into an invoice. I click new customer enter the name and hit enter and it just clears it over and over. how do I enter a new customer?

The steps you've provided is one way of adding a new customer to QuickBooks Online. Have you tried to log in to your QuickBooks Online account using an incognito (private window) window? If not, I'd recommend doing so to isolate the situation. A private window does not save your cache and activities, which is why it's a good idea to use it for any unexpected behaviors.

• Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
• Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
• Safari: press Command + Shift + N

Then, log in to QuickBooks Online and add a new customer. If you're able to add customer through the Invoicing page, we'd recommend clearing your browser's cache.
