I'm trying to export the customer contact list without success, any ideas?

Let me guide you on how you can export your customer contact list from QuickBooks Online. Here's how:

1. Log in to QuickBooks Online using a web browser.
2. Click on the Reports tab.
3. On the search bar, type in Customer Contact List.
4. Click on Switch to classic view button.
5. Click on Customise button to add Filter and Rows/Columns.
6. Click on Run report.
7. Click on the Export to Excel icon next to the Print icon.

That's it! You'll be able to save and download the excel file from your computer.
