Question

I no longer get advised when an invoice is paid into my bank account, which I used to get. Can anyone direct me to how I may set this up?

Are you using a third-party payment app like Paypal? robdening.


If so, there might be changes in the settings causing you not being able to receive notifications. Here are the steps to check this:

  1. Visit this site and change the flag to Australia: https://apps.intuit.com/app/apps/home.
  2. Select My Apps and go to Manage my apps then click PayPal.
  3. Select Settings and App Settings.
  4. Make sure the Subscribe to transaction import summary and error notification option was selected.    

Aside from this, here are some other contributing reasons:

  • You didn't changed the default past transaction settings.
  • There is an Error in the transactions, you can check the Error Log.
