I want to change my payment terms for certain customers to 2 days. but the ability to choose a desired timeframe other than the standard few options is not available?

You can add 2 days' payment terms on your invoices by going to your QuickBooks Online settings. Here's how:

1. Click on the Settings icon.
2. Click on All List, and click on Terms.
3. Click on the New button.
4. Enter a term name ex: 2 Days, select Due in a fixed number of days, and enter term days.
5. Click on Save.

Try to create a dummy invoice and make sure to select the correct invoice date, and the due date should show based on the terms selected.
