I've got steps on what you need to achieve this task in QuickBooks Online, qmws.
QuickBooks has a feature wherein you can automatically send reminders for yourself and customer's invoices due dates. You'll just need to turn this feature on within your QBO account. The process is super quick and easy. I'll show you how:
Go to the Settings icon and select Account and Settings.
Select the Sales tab.
Go directly to the Reminders section and click the Edit ✏️ icon.
Select the Auto invoice reminder checkbox.
Set your reminder and click Create reminder.
If you want to get a confirmation when reminders go out, select the Email me a copy checkbox.
Using the steps above, you and your customer will be automatically reminded when their invoices are soon to be due, saving you time on your daily tasks.
