Question

I write up a full description in the column, when i hit save and send it shows me the invoice but the description field is empty. Why?

Thanks for posting in the Community! QuickBooks Online allows you to customise your invoice based on your needs and preference. Let's check your QuickBooks settings and ensure that the Description column on invoices is enabled.

 

  1. Go to Gear icon and select Custom form styles.
  2. Select Content.
  3. Select pencil icon on the second part of the invoice.
  4. Tick Description.
  5. Select Done.
