Is it possible to add the country field into my address in an invoice header? I have international customers for whom the state and postcode detail are not enough.

It appears that this field has not be made available in the standard templates creator.

Thanks for posting in the Community! At the moment, we don't have an option to add a country field on invoices. As a workaround, you can add your company's address on Message to customer field or on the Footer of the invoice. 

 

Here's how: 

 

  1. Go to Gear icon and select Custom form styles.
  2. Select Edit on the standard template.
  3. Select Content and click on the footer of the invoice.
  4. Enter company address on Message to customer or Footer.
  5. Then select Done.

 

It would be great to be able to add country code on your invoices. I can definitely forward them to our Product Development Team to let them know. I'd recommend also sending your valuable feedback in QuickBooks Online through the Settings icon, and selecting the Feedback option.
