Is it possible to delete the "Paid" stamp on invoices

If an invoice has been marked as Paid, you won't be able to remove that 'Paid' status without deleting the payment itself. If you want to delete the payment so the invoice no longer shows as paid, you can do so by:
 

1. Go to the Sales tab, then Invoices.
2. Locate the invoice and click on it to open.
3. On the top right, select the blue 'payment made' hyperlink and open the payment.
4. At the bottom of the page, select More, then Delete.

This will remove the payment against the invoice and it will show as owing instead of paid.
