Is it possible to make the notes screen bigger or to be able to expand from the customer screen and not go into Edit to see all entries?

Currently there isn't a way to adjust the notes screen. I would recommend entering this as feedback so our Product Team can consider adding this in the future.

To enter feedback:

1. When logged into QuickBooks Online, select the Gear Icon on the top right corner of the page.
2. Select Feedback under the Your Company column.
3. Enter your feedback, then select Next.
4. Enter your email address, then select Send Message.
