Is it possible to send the invoice as a pdf? if so how can i do that through the app

Hello, @fost3rcarpentry.

 

Thank you for posting here in the Community. Let me share some information about sending invoices in QuickBooks Self-Employed.

 

Currently, the option to send an invoice as a PDF in QuickBooks Self-Employed AU is unavailable. Accessing the invoices quickly in the QBSE app is a good idea to save time. You can send feedback to our product developers to request the addition of this feature.

 

Here's how: 

 

  1. Sign in to your account in the browser, then go to the Invoice page.
  2. Open any transaction and click the Feedback tab on the upper right side. 
  3. Enter your suggestion in the box and submit it. 

 

For now, you can access your account using a web browser and export the transaction as a PDF. Use this option if you want to send the data using your email or if you need a soft copy:

 

  1. Log in to your QBSE account in the browser. 
  2. Select Invoices.
  3. Click the drop-down under Action, then choose Export as PDF
  4. Save it on your computer and manually send it to your customer.
