Looking at reviewing Receipt Bank versus Receipt option in QBO, anyone have any feedback or comments on either app?

As a bookkeeper for the last 10 years, I recently (6 months ago) purchased ReceiptBank). I no longer use it as I found that it seemed to create more work for me or perhaps that is just how I felt.

It opens up more room for error in account classification for transactions and it was just another program I had to troubleshoot, format uploads for and just generally worry about.

I have only used ReceiptBank and in my honest opinion it really only felt unnecessary considering the lack of help it provided me.
