My customer/donor look up box has disappeared from my Sales page, how do I get it to display again?

I understand the sudden changes of the Customer section in QuickBooks Online. The behaviour you've reported has been raised to our engineers and currently checking for a fix. In the meantime, you can access your customers/donors information by clicking on Leads & customers located on left navigation pane.

For you to receive a real-time update once a fix will be implemented, you can contact our support team to have your account added on the ongoing investigation.
