my invoice templates only have quantity not hour/time, where can I go to change this from quantity to hour?

We cannot change the item table's Quantity column to Hours or Time in the Invoice page. However, we can change how the column label is displayed to your customers, Kath.

Here’s how to do it:

1. Navigate to the Gear icon in the top right corner of the screen.
2. Under Your Company, select Custom Form Styles.
3. Click New style and choose Invoice.
4. In the invoice preview, select the Content tab.
5. Click on the Table section of the invoice, then select Edit labels and widths to change the labels.
6. From there, you can change the Quantity field to display Hours or Time.
   
   
7. To save changes, click Done.
   
   

Please note that these changes will only be visible when you preview your invoices or when they are viewed by your customers.
