Allow me to share some information about invoices that aren't sent to your customers, commercialbodyre.
For now, there's an ongoing issue where some QuickBooks outgoing emails like invoices are being blocked or marked as spam by recipients. Our engineers are looking and are working to get this fixed as soon as possible.
In the meantime, you can save your invoice as a PDF and send it via email through your business or other email address. You can also send your customer a link to their invoice through SMS or messenger service by clicking the "Save and share link". Then, select the "Copy link". Next, paste it into your SMS or messenger service. Another way is to save your invoices as a PDF, print and send your customer their invoices via mail.
However, I would still recommend reaching out to our support team so they can add you on the list and investigate this further. This way, they will know how many users are affected by this issue. Here's how to reach them:
Click the (?) Help icon and enter Talk to a human (then type it again when prompted).
When asked by the bot, enter your concern
Select I still need a human, then proceed with Contact us or Get help from a human.
So this has just started happening over the last 4 days and these are regular customers so nothing has changed. I also copied myself in on the email and I received it but it was still showing as NOT SENT.
Let me know when a solution is found as I’m unsure of what has been sent and what hasn’t been received.
At present I’m exporting to mail but it’s not ideal.
