Turning on estimates

Hi Happygirl!

You will see the Quote menu under Customers when you click the Create (Plus) menu in the upper-right hand corner. I made a screenshot for your reference.

QuickBooks lets you convert a quote to an invoice or purchase order, and you can do progress invoicing with quotes. Please check these articles for your reference:
