The phone numbers within Australia usually have 10 digits: 2 for the area code and 8 for the user's number. Let's say your phone number is 0412345678.
To write it in international format, you only need to remove the zero (0) from the beginning and add +61. This should how your number looks like: +61412345678.
You can enter either of these phone number formats in QuickBooks Online. You just need to remove the special character (+) and the spaces between the numbers.
Click the Gear icon in the upper-right corner and select Account and Settings.
Select the Company tab and go to the Contact information section.
Enter the numbers in the Company phone field.
Click Save and Done.
Another way of entering the phone numbers is through the Custom Form Styles. Here's how:
Click the Gear icon in the upper-right corner and select Custom Form Styles.
Look for the Standard Master template and click Edit.
Go to the Content tab and select the first section.
Under Header, mark the Phone box and enter the phone number.
Click Done.
