Question

When i do a sales receipt it shows total due as zero,how do i remove it as a number of people have complained about it. Steve

Thanks for sharing your insights about the sales receipts in QBO, @accounts273,

 

At the moment, we're unable to remove the Balance Due or Total due fields showing $0.00 on the sales receipt. Having the option to hide them on the template is a great idea to have in the program.

 

Normally, a sales receipt is categorized as a cash payment, which is why there isn't a balance once you record it. 

 

Don't worry, our product engineers are looking into this and are working internally with product updates.
