When i try to write a statement it does not say statement in the drop down batch box. Only Print transactions, delivery advice, send transaction or reminders. ?

The options you see are available when you’re on the All sales page. You’ll want to be in the Customers page to see the option for creating statements by batch. Please note that you need to select the customers first, so it becomes clickable. You can refer to the screenshot.
