For customers using QuickBooks Online in Australia, the invoices for the subscription payment is not available inside QBO. You can give us a call and we'll securely access your account. This way, we'll be able to send you the copies of your billing history.

2. At the top right, click the Help icon.
3. From the Search tab, enter Contact Us.
4. Select the Contact Us button.
5. Choose Callback.
