Thanks for posting in the Community! Any invoices you've created on your customer are still showing on the Transaction List. Let's do some troubleshooting to get rid of any browser related issues and filter the transactions by invoices.
Let's start by signing in to QuickBooks from a private or incognito window. Here's how:
Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
Safari: press Command + Shift + N
Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
Then, log back into QuickBooks Online and check your customer's transaction list. If this works, go back to your default browser and initiate a clear cache and cookies. Sometimes cache stores up in the system, which causes problems on the web pages.
Also, we can try to filter transactions by invoices. Here's how:
Go to Sales or Customers & Leads.
Select a customer.
Click on the Filter ▼.
On Type ▼ select All invoices.
Select Apply.
On the other hand, you can run a Transaction List by Customer report by going to Bookkeeping on the left pane and select Reports.
