Why is there nowhere to add my ABN so it shows on my invoices? Also bank account details for payment. This app is very difficult to use now

Hello there, @mishhobbs84.

I can help add the ABN to your invoices in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Sales menu, and then click Customers.
  2. Select the customer’s name that you want to run, and then click Edit.
  3. Under the Tax info tab, enter the ABN in the Tax reg. no.
  4. Click Save.

Once done, let's customise the invoice to appear the ABN. I'll guide you how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Under Your Company, select Custom form styles.
  3. Find the invoice template you use and then click Edit.
  4. Click the Content tab, then select the top box of the preview page.
  5. Scroll down and place a checkmark on the box beside Customer ABN under the Display section.
  6. Click Save.

I've also added this link about customising invoices in QuickBooks Online (QBO): Customise invoices, quotes, and sales receipts.

Don't hesitate to drop a comment below if you have other questions. I'm more than happy to help. Take care!
