In QuickBooks Online (QBO), the Custom Form Styles feature allows you to personalize sales forms such as invoices, estimates, and receipts. You can customize logos, colors, fonts, and header/footer layouts, as well as toggle specific columns like quantity or rate. However, please note that QBO operates within a set design framework; while you can modify the default options, you cannot upload entirely external templates or create layouts that fall outside of QuickBooks' preset structures.

Here’s how to create a customised invoice:

1. Go to the Gear icon, then choose Custom Form Styles.
2. To create the template, select the New Style drop-down and click Invoice.
   
   
   
   
3. You can now customize the invoice template.

To apply the invoice template, click on the Manage option, which provides another way to create and edit invoice templates. Next, select Design. After that, available templates will be displayed, and you can choose your preferred invoice template.
