We haven't had any reports of similar issues the same as this. There may be a browser-related issue going on here. To clear this out, let's try a few troubleshooting steps. Switch to an incognito or private browsing session. These keyboard shortcuts can start a session depending on the browser you're using:
Ctrl + Shift + N for Google Chrome
Ctrl + Shift + P for Firefox
Control + Option +P if you're using Safari
If it works successfully, try clearing the cache of your main browser. Doing so will remove the unnecessary files from that browser which causes odd behaviors to the system. As an alternative, you may also try using other supported browsers.
