Hello there, Charlot. The view you select in the QuickBooks Online (QBO) reporting feature determines the information and data displayed. I have details that would help clarify a few things about the Trial Balance report.

If I may ask first, are you running the report using the modern view? If so, please note that this view uses a dash (-) to indicate that no balance is available for that bank or category account. It's not a negative sign but a dash, representing the absence of a balance.

Otherwise, if you generated the report using the classic view and you notice a negative balance in your bank or category account (in the home currency), it may be due to your browser performance. I recommend refreshing your browser by pressing Ctrl+R or Command+R to resolve display and functionality issues.

You can also access QuickBooks in an incognito or private browsing window to bypass cached data. Alternatively, use a different supported web browser when accessing QBO. These steps ensure a clean slate for QBO to operate.
