Yes, you can reactivate an item. I can guide you on how to do it.
Go to the Sales menu.
Choose the Products and Services tab.
Click the Funnelicon above the Name column.
Select All from the Status drop-down.
Hit the Apply button.
From the Actions column, click the MakeActive link.
