Can i change bold font to normal in product/service column in invoice?

You can create your own template and make sure the product/service column is not bold. 

First, turn on the import style feature from your QuickBooks labs:

1. Go to your Gear icon and click on QuickBooks Labs.
2. On the page that appears, toggle to On the option for Import Styles. 

For more information about this, go to the Gear icon and select Custom Form Styles. Tap the New style drop-down to choose Import Style. Lastly, choose to download a sample for detailed instruction. You can also import the template that you created from here.

Once you're done, open a Word document and start creating your format. Take note of the field codes of your file.
