Can i change the address label to customer Name

Hello there, @thinnersab-gmail.

 

I can help you change the address label in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select Account and settings.
  3. Select the Advanced tab
  4. On the Other preferences section, select Edit ✎.
  5. From the Customer label drop-down, change the customer label.
  6. Select Save, then Done.

 

Note: Some parts of QuickBooks Online won't change terminologies until the next time you sign in.

 

Also, if you want to process payments online, you can send an online invoice: Take and process payments in QuickBooks Online.

I don't have the customers label option....sigh

Currently, the customer label option in International version is unavailable. I'd suggest sending a feature request to our Product Engineers. This helps us determine what enhancements and improvements are needed to make our product more effective and convenient to use.
 

Here’s how:

 

  1. Click the Gear icon.
  2. Choose Feedback from the drop-down.
  3. Type in your Comments, Suggestions or Feedbacks.
  4. Choose Next.
  5. Select a category, and click Send message.
