I'm determined to ensure you can print your invoices and sales receipts, @mithaadnan-yahoo.

To clarify, are you getting other errors and unexpected results when printing? An outdated Adobe Reader/Acrobat can result in printing issues.

First, let's make sure you can print a local PDF document. Follow these steps in order:

  1. If you have a PDF document saved to your hard drive, open it from within Acrobat/Reader from the File menu and test to be sure you can print it.
  2. If you do not have a local PDF document, use Windows Search, and look for all files and folders, using *.pdf.
  3. If you cannot print a local PDF file, make sure to update your Adobe Reader/Acrobat to the latest release. Then, repeat steps 1 through 2.

If you have already updated and repaired Adobe, complete Part 2 and 3 in this article: Test sequence for PDF printing issues.

When you have already completed Parts 2 and 3, use this link for further troubleshooting: Troubleshooting printing in Windows

Let me know how it goes in the comment section. I want to ensure that you can successfully print your sales forms. You can always tag my name in your comments.
