Hi there, @userkathryn1.

Thanks for visiting the Community space. I'd be glad to share some insight about generating a report in multi-currency in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

There are a variety of reports we can pull up and modify in QBO. Thus, the customisable features will vary based on the report you want to generate and your QuickBooks Subscription. Nevertheless, I suggest running the Transaction Detail by Account and customise it to show the currency and the foreign amount.

  1. Go to the Reports menu.
  2. Enter and click on Transaction Detail by Account in the search field.
  3. Select the date range from the Report period. Then, choose the correct Accounting method.
  4. Click the small gear icon next to the Export button and place a checkmark next to the information you want to see. For example let's add the CurrencyForeign Amount, and Exchange Rate.
  5. Choose Run report.

You can also click the Customise button from the report, then configure it to show the details that matter the most to you. For more info about customizing reports, kindly refer to this article: Customise reports in QuickBooks Online.

However, if this isn't the case, can you please share what specific report you want to display for the multiple currencies?

Additionally, feel free to visit this article for reference on what reports are available with your current subscription: Reports included in your QuickBooks Online subscription.

Please keep me updated on how it went after running the report, as I want to ensure this is resolved for you. Just reply to this post and I'll get back to you. Have a wonderful day!
