Can I get a one-time refund of PKR 14,831, 46USD, since I forgot to cancel my free trial, never used QuickBooks, and was charged later, or is there another option?

Hello, Ali. Based on your scenario, I suggest contacting our Live Support team directly for any refund options available.   

Navigate to the Help icon (?) in the top right of your screen. Once you’re there, type Contact Us in the Search tab, select the option below, and then choose Callback. For support hours, you can check out this resource to learn more: Get help with QuickBooks products and services.   

To avoid this situation in the future, make sure to cancel your subscription. Just head to the Gear icon, then go to Subscriptions and billing, and you’ll see an option to click Cancel in the products subscription box.
