Can i import customer balance forward amount into quickbook so that i create new statement can see the previous balance forward with new invoice? kindly advise

I'm happy to guide you on how you can import your existing customer balance forward amount into QuickBooks. 

You can import invoices to your QuickBooks Online account through a CSV file. The system uses those invoices to generate the existing Balance Forward amount. 

Here's how: 

1. Click the Gear icon, then select Import data.
2. Select Invoices.
3. Browse for your invoice CSV file, then proceed with Next.
4. Follow the import process to successfully bring in the data. 

Please note that this feature might not be available for other countries. In this case, I would recommend manually creating an invoice (based on the previous transaction).

Then, enable the Account summary data (regardless if you imported the invoices or not) on your invoice template. This will show the Balance Forward amount from the previous invoice on the new one. Here's how to do it: 

1. Go to the gear icon again, then select Custom form styles.
2. Click the New style button, then select Invoice (you can also edit an existing invoice template). 
3. Go to the Content tab.
4. Select the second section on the preview image.
5. Under Account summary, check Show on invoice.
6. Edit or add any other information you want to show on the invoice.
7. Click Done. 

When you create a new invoice, click the Customise button at the bottom then select the template you created.
