CAN I SEE PICS OF ITEMS IN INVOICE

Thank you for taking the time to post to the Community, bery. I’m here to provide information about invoices in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Currently, there’s no option where you can see images of the products and services added to an invoice. The functionality that is only available from there is to include attachments. I recognize the importance of having this feature to provide a visual reference to your customer’s items. 

While considering this option to be included in the application’s future enhancements, I recommend sending this suggestion to our product development team:

1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. Select Feedback.
3. Enter a brief description of your product suggestion.
4. Click Next to submit feedback.

Once your customers decide to pay their balances, you can begin recording your customer’s payments to keep your records accurate.
